GUANGDONG MEIKE MECHANICAL&ELECTRONIC DEVICE.,LTD is mainly engaged in the
research and development, production and selling of special
electronic equipments of new chip components, intelligent supervising
management system, automatic printing machine series, high_accuracy
stainless steel products series and LCD displayer electronic
products series.
The company implements CAD(Computer Aided Design) and CAM(Computer
Aided Manufacturing) by adopting the advanced three_dimensional
mechanical design software UG and electrical design software
PROTEL. It owns about 100 sets of advanced mechanical processing
and inspection equipments imported from Germany, Japan, Italy,
Belgium and Switzerland, such as 5_axis simultaneous machine
center, CNC turning center, Vertical machine center, CNC lathe,
NC precision surface grinding machine, CNC wire_cut EDM, CNC
EDM, CNC shearing machine, CNC press brakes, CNC turret punch
press, CNC three_coordinate measuring machine, etc. It possesses
enormous capability of design, inspection and processing.
The company has taken vigorous actions to carry out the advanced
management. In quality, it has been approved by the certification
of International Quality System ISO9001,2000 and QS9000. In
respect of information management, at present, it is organizing
the implementation of advanced Computer Integrated Manufacture
System (CIMS) project.
Early or late, twenty_six products have passed the provincial
appraisal of technology and production finalizing, and ten of
them have obtained the titles of national new products. The
company has been awarded more than 70 provincial or municipal
prizes of new products and scientific and technological progress.
It also owns 21 items of patents.
In the field of special electronic equipment technology, the
company has reformed and innovated boldly by introducing, digesting
and absorbing the advanced technology abroad, and combining
domestic actual conditions, so as to form the national distinctive
special electronic equipment series with independent intellectual
property. In recent years, the company has made comnbined research
and development with the South China University of Technology,
and has effected a great breakthrough in research and production
of SMT equipments, such as surface mounter with low_speed, low_middle_speed,
middle_speed and middle_high_speed. It has solved specially
a series of key technologies of the surface mounter. In 2003,
the company participated in tender for the major project of
GuangDong provincial technology innovation of equipment, and
won the bid of “chip component surface_mounting equipment industrialization”.
It obtained the support of provincial government so that it
could provide favourable conditions in order to industrialize
rapidly the SMT equipments.
